Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds – Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for services that have not been fully rendered. Digital products and downloadable reports are non-refundable once accessed.
- Cancellation by Client – If you cancel a project before work has begun, you may receive a full refund of any deposits paid. If work has commenced, refunds will be prorated based on completed milestones.
- Cancellation by Bluehaven Planning – We reserve the right to cancel a project at any time. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid for unfulfilled services.
- Consulting Services – For hourly consulting, refunds are not available for time already logged. You may stop services at any time with no further charges.
- Subscription Services – If you have a subscription for ongoing services, you may cancel at any time. Refunds for the current billing period are not provided, but you will retain access until the end of the period.
- Workshops and Events – Registration fees for workshops or events are refundable up to 14 days before the event. Within 14 days, refunds are not available, but you may transfer your registration to another person.
- Custom Reports – Fees for custom research reports are non-refundable once the research has commenced, as the work is tailored to your specific needs.
- Software or Dashboard Access – Access fees for interactive dashboards are non-refundable once the account is created and access granted.
- Mistakes by Client – If a refund is requested due to a mistake made by the client (e.g., ordering wrong service), we may offer a credit toward future services rather than a cash refund.
- Quality Disputes – If you are unsatisfied with the quality of work delivered, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue, and if unresolved, may offer a partial refund at our discretion.
- Time Frame for Refunds – Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Items – Setup fees, rush fees, and third-party expenses (e.g., software licenses) are non-refundable once incurred.
- Refund Requests – All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to the address below, including your name, project details, and reason for the request.
- Late or Missing Refunds – If you haven't received a refund after the stated time, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. If still unresolved, contact us.
- Exchange Policy – We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change a service, you may cancel and place a new order under the terms above.
- Gift Cards – Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
- Promotional Offers – Services purchased at a discounted rate may have different refund terms as specified at the time of purchase.
- Changes to This Policy – We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
